Common questions

Where is my information kept?

In your own iCloud account, private to you. It syncs between your iPhone and iPad and is included in your iCloud backup. I can't see any of it.

Can I get my memories out of the app?

Yes. More → Your data → Download a backup saves everything, including photos and recordings, as one file. The app can also back up automatically to your iCloud Drive.

What if I delete something by accident?

Anything you delete waits in More → Recently deleted for 30 days, and there's an Undo button right after you delete.

How do I delete everything?

More → Your data → Delete everything removes all of it from your devices and your iCloud. That can't be undone, so download a backup first if you want a copy.

Is it really free?

Yes. No purchases, no subscription, no ads.

Is it for children?

No. The app is made for adults 18 and older.
