Terms of use
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Puzzleweight Champ (“the app”), made by Kevin Petersen (“I”, “me”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is also covered by Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement applies.
Using the app
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other players.
Coins and items
- Coins and store items are a license to use digital content inside the app. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or real items, and can't be transferred to another person.
- Everything in the store changes only how the game looks or sounds; nothing affects how puzzles are scored.
- Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Coin packs are used up when you receive them; Remove Ads is yours for good and can be restored on your other devices. For refunds, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- I may adjust prices, rewards and the items in the store over time. Items you already own stay yours.
Online play
- Online play uses Apple's Game Center and its terms.
- Each player has 3 days to take a turn. If time runs out, that player forfeits the match. Leaving a turn before you finish counts as giving up that round.
- Play fairly. Ranks and leaderboards are for fun, and I may remove results that come from cheating, bugs or tampering.
- Chat in online matches is limited to preset emojis and lines.
Ads
The app is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob, as described in the privacy policy. Ads are provided by third parties, and I'm not responsible for their content or for the websites or apps they link to.
Your progress
Progress is saved on your device and in your iCloud. I can't recover progress that's lost, for example if you delete the app with iCloud off, but I'll always try to help: email me.
Changes and availability
I may update the app, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If these terms change, I'll update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
No warranty and limits of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
